Easy Choice Streaming is a trade name of Easy Choice Reviews LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and live streaming / event recording services.
We provide professional live streaming, event recording, and related production services for weddings, corporate events, memorials, and special occasions. Package features, pricing, and add-ons are described on our Packages page and confirmed in your booking agreement or invoice.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may pay by credit card through Square, or by cash or check. If you pay by credit card, a 3% credit card processing fee may be added to the total. Cash and check payments do not include this fee. We may also accept other methods we confirm in writing.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 14–29 days before the event receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, though the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within 6 months, subject to availability.
You agree to provide accurate event details, venue access, and any passwords or branding materials needed for your stream. Venue internet quality can affect live delivery; we take reasonable measures (including backup connections and local recording) but cannot guarantee uninterrupted live transmission in every environment.
You retain rights to your event content. We retain rights to our production methods, branding, and website materials. Unless otherwise agreed, recordings are provided for personal or internal organizational use. Public redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse of recordings requires our prior written consent.
We may send booking agreements, consents, and intake forms through our secure company signing page. If you consent to electronic records and apply a drawn or typed signature, that signature is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on a paper original, as provided by the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) law (including Arizona UETA). You may decline to sign electronically and request a paper process. Completed packages include an audit trail and, when finished, a SHA-256 integrity hash. Details are in the Electronic Records & Signature Policy. This capability is for our internal business use with our clients and venues; we do not sell it as a service to others.
You may browse our site and submit quote or contact requests for legitimate inquiries. You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to private event portals, or interfere with site operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Choice Reviews LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for a booked event is limited to the fees paid for that event.
